FAQ
Before you welcome us in
Clear answers are part of good service.
How long will my sofa take to dry?
Drying depends on fabric, filling, temperature and ventilation. Immediate drying is not promised; use furniture only when fully dry.
Can a leather sofa be extraction-cleaned?
Leather and delicate materials need a separate assessment. Select the relevant option and send photos of the upholstery and care label if available.
Can you guarantee every stain will disappear?
No. Stain age, previous treatments and fabric affect the outcome. We discuss expectations and test before suitable treatment.
How should I prepare the furniture?
Clear the area around furniture and remove belongings from seats. Arrange water and power, and mention any stains you have already treated.
