Three details for an accurate quote
- Area or item count, and your district in Sofia or nearby.
- Agree the turnover window and provide clean linen and towel sets.
- Preferred date and 2–3 optional photos. We agree duration, access, water and power requirements for the task.

Is linen laundry included?
Laundry and drying of bedding and towels are not currently offered. For linen changes, provide clean sets on-site and a designated place for used items.
Can you work within a short turnover window?
Provide check-out and check-in times, property area and bed count. We confirm personally whether the time is sufficient and a team is available.
Is the calculator estimate for one property?
Yes. Property count gives context, but the amount shown is for one property with the selected details. Multiple addresses need a separately agreed combined quote.
Do you handle guest check-in and bookings?
No. This service covers cleaning and property preparation. Booking management, guest communication and check-in are not included.
What if guests leave heavy soiling?
We review photos or assess the property. A deep clean with a different scope and duration may be needed and is agreed before work begins.
