FAQ
Before you welcome us in
Clear answers are part of good service.
How should I measure the glass?
Add the width multiplied by height of each pane, measured on one side. Then choose one-sided or two-sided cleaning in the calculator.
Are frames and sills included?
Yes, accessible frames and sills are within the stated scope. Heavily soiled tracks, construction stickers and special coatings need advance discussion.
Do you clean high or fixed windows?
Safe access is assessed first. Rope access and lifting equipment are not included. Select difficult access so we can determine whether the task is feasible.
What happens in unsuitable weather?
Exterior work depends on conditions and safety. If needed, we discuss a different time or day before the visit.
