A good turnover starts before the previous guests leave, with a clear schedule, available supplies and specific presentation instructions. A short gap between stays needs realistic planning rather than an automatic promise of team availability.
Provide an exact time window
State check-out, next check-in and when access will actually be possible. Add area, bedrooms, bathrooms and beds. List addresses separately for multiple properties. The same room count does not imply the same working time, especially when guests leave different conditions.
Prepare clean linen on-site
Handy currently offers changes using owner-supplied clean linen when selected. Laundry and drying are not currently offered. Separate clean and used sets and identify sizes for each bed. This avoids spending the turnover window searching for suitable sheets.
Create a short presentation checklist
Describe the arrangement of cushions, towels and key items. A photo of the preferred setup can be clearer than a long explanation. Guest check-in and booking management are not included in cleaning. Heavy soiling needs a separate discussion about scope and timing.
