How area, condition, extras and frequency contribute to a cleaning estimate.

Area matters, but it does not describe the whole job. A realistic quote also needs the service type, condition, access and selected extras. The calculator provides a clear starting estimate to be confirmed for the actual property.
How the rate and minimum work
Area-based services multiply the area by the relevant rate and add selected paid tasks. If the amount is below the visit minimum, the minimum applies. For example, maintenance cleaning of 60 m² at €2.54 gives €152.40 before extras; a small area may reach the €75 minimum. This illustrates current settings, not a universal price for every condition.
When an individual quote is needed
Heavy soiling, sensitive flooring or difficult access may require assessment. For communal areas, clearance and some outdoor spaces, the fields prepare an enquiry rather than a final amount. Photos and a clear description are more useful than an arbitrary low budget. Travel outside Sofia is discussed separately.
Monthly frequency changes the total
Office subscriptions multiply area by the monthly €2.68/m² rate, not again by visit count. Frequency and scope are confirmed in the quote. Home subscriptions are quoted individually: a guide of €60/visit for 1–2 monthly visits and €28–45/visit for 4 monthly visits. The €75 minimum applies to one-off visits, not subscriptions. Check whether you are comparing one-off and monthly quotes. Displayed prices include VAT. Sending the parameters neither reserves a slot nor makes a payment: scope, timing and the final amount are confirmed personally.
