- Area or item count, and your district in Sofia or nearby.
- Photograph items and access. Specify floor, lift and approximate volume.
- Preferred date and 2–3 optional photos. We agree duration, access, water and power requirements for the task.

How should I describe the items for removal?
Send overview photos, approximate volume and a list of large items. Include floor level, lift access and distance to the loading point.
Can you clear everything from the room?
We first agree which items go and which stay. Separate valuables and documents and clearly identify anything to be kept.
Which waste is excluded?
Hazardous, medical and chemical waste, asbestos and unidentified dangerous materials are excluded. Describe contents beforehand.
Are all fees and cleaning afterwards included?
Transport, the disposal route and any reception fees are agreed in the quote. Cleaning the cleared room is requested as a separate task.
