FAQ
Before you welcome us in
Clear answers are part of good service.
Which floors are suitable for machine washing?
Porcelain and tile floors are assessed for condition and grout. Stone and sensitive flooring need individual assessment; surfaces unsuitable for wet cleaning are not treated this way.
Is this a polishing service?
No. This covers machine washing and water recovery. Grinding, polishing, sealing and protective coatings are outside the stated scope.
Does the room need to be cleared?
Provide access to the floor and identify fixed obstacles. Moving heavy furniture is not assumed in the quote and needs advance discussion.
What area should I enter?
Enter the actual floor area to be treated rather than the whole property area. Photos of the floor and a description of the dirt help us confirm the scope.
