FAQ
Before you welcome us in
Clear answers are part of good service.
Is gardening included?
No. This service cleans accessible outdoor hard surfaces. Landscaping, tree cutting and drainage repairs are excluded.
Do you always use pressure washing?
No. The method depends on the surface, joints and drainage. We assess whether washing is suitable and how to protect sensitive areas.
Are water and drainage required?
Indicate availability in the calculator. Where either is missing, we discuss the feasible scope before confirming the service.
How does weather affect the visit?
Outdoor work depends on weather and safety. If conditions are unsuitable, we agree another time window personally.
