BEFORE OUR VISIT
Three details for an accurate quote
- Area or item count, and your district in Sofia or nearby.
- Tell us the floor count, communal areas and who provides access and water.
- Preferred date and 2–3 optional photos. We agree duration, access, water and power requirements for the task.

Clear answers are part of good service.
What information is needed for a building quote?
Number of floors and apartments, lift availability, visit frequency, flooring and photos of communal areas. Pricing follows a scope discussion.
Do you clean the lift cabin?
Where present, accessible cabin surfaces can be included in the agreed checklist. Technical maintenance, shafts and machine rooms are excluded.
Who arranges building access?
We arrange access with the building manager or an authorised contact, including water, electricity and handover arrangements.
Are basements and abandoned furniture included?
They are outside standard communal cleaning. Basement cleaning, clearance and removal need a separate scope and access arrangement.
